Ooops.

So I had this great idea in my head for a hat for a special four year old. All planned out, I figured I'd just knit the smallest pattern on smaller needles and it would become a child's hat.

Or a baby's hat. Did I mention that gauge has never been my friend? Yet another example of winging it and learning the hard way. Hopefully I can inspire myself to try again, as it is now hat weather where the little boy lives. And in the mean time, Bella will have yet another reason to ask me why everyone thinks she is a boy.

Welcome!

Welcome! Thanks for stopping in. As you can see, I have a passion for photography (and cooking and knitting). My daughters, Bella and Lillia, are my greatest inspiration, so you might find you see a lot of them here, as well as the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Be sure to take a peek around and leave some love in the comments!
